We welcome guests ages 16 years and older. We do not allow children on property unless you do a full buy out of all five hotel rooms. It is not that we have anything against children, it is that the property is not safe for children due to our 100-foot drop off into the ocean.  Thank you for understanding. We do not allow pets or emotional support animals, with the exception of service dogs. Each room is limited to two guests. The minimum stay is only one night, but if you book two nights we will give you a Kamaaina Rate of 25% for the second night to encourage you to enjoy yourself a bit longer.

We look forward to your arrival between 3 pm and 6 pm. If you need arrive later that is no problem, but you will miss Happy Hour and Dinner on your first night if it is too much later. There are no refunds for your purchase, so please only book if you are 100% all in! We require a 100% payment of your total room charge (including State & Country taxes) when you book. Any incidentals such as add-on massage expenses will be charged to your card on file at check-out.
