Hamakua Hotel has rented the famed Waterfalling Estate for the month of April in 2025. This property typically operates as a short-term vacation rental for over $4000 per night. For the first time ever, rooms are going to be rented on a room-by-room basis so that individuals or couples can experience the property without renting the entire estate.
Each guest will have full access to the incredible estate (minus other guests rooms) and the property, which includes a nine-tee golf course, a tennis/basketball/pickleball court, fully loaded gym, an Olympic-sized swimming pool with a 24-foot high dive and a two story slide and a private 85-foot Waterfall with a swimming area at its base.
This special opportunity to stay at the famed Waterfalling Estate in a Hotel-style is all inclusive. Each evening that you stay you will enjoy a Sunset Happy Hour with craft cocktails or mocktails prepared by our Mixologist bartender. Then you will be invited to sit for dinner and receive a gourmet dining experience unlike any other on the island (see below), along with excellent wine selections. When you awake the next morning, you will be served a creative healthy breakfast before you head home. If you stay more than one night, you will also receive a boxed lunch that you can have pool side or while on an excursion. The price is $899 per night.
